Today is the start of Christmas Stroll Weekend on Nantucket. The 38th Stroll will run from Friday, December 2 through Sunday, December 4. Although Nantucket is certainly quieter in the winter months, this weekend is a sure exception as it is one of the busiest weekends of the year in downtown Nantucket.

Christmas Stroll is a great time to walk around down town and do some shopping. All the store windows are decorated as the Nantucket Chamber runs a window contest to ensure town is fit for the holidays. Stroll also includes the arrival of Santa and Mrs. Claus on Saturday.

If you're on Nantucket, be sure to stop by our two stores downtown. The Nantucket Brand store is at 33 Main Street at the corner of Main and Federal. The Emporium of Nantucket is located just a few buildings down at 10 Federal Street across from the Post Office. Outside of town, you can also stop by and visit The Emporium of Nantucket Home Center at 54 Old South Road, which is about halfway between the rotary and the airport across from Lover's Lane.
