Shipping Update: USPS Shipping Methods Fixed

We have been experiencing problems with USPS shipping methods on our site since yesterday. This problem was due to the updates made to the Priority Mail services offered by the United States Postal Service, which went into effect yesterday.

We have fixed the problem and all USPS Shipping Methods are available once again. In fact, we have even added USPS First Class Mail as an option for small items. First Class mail typically arrives in 3 days (domestically) and includes tracking, but is typically $2-$4 less than USPS Priority Mail. If your order is eligible for this method, it will be shown during the shipping method selection step.

Other shipping methods, such as Priority Mail and Express Mail now have slightly different names. Priority Mail will show the number of days it takes to arrive once your order has been shipped. This will be either 2 or 3 days based on the origin and destination zip codes. Express Mail is now known as Priority Express Mail and still takes 1 day to arrive once the package has shipped.

If you continue to have trouble with selecting a shipping method, please contact us so we can help you out!
