Answers

When are orders shipped?

The shipping time for each item is indicated on the product page. Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days after placing your order. Often times they are shipped faster. These times do not include the time in transit. You may choose your shipping method at checkout. 

What shipping methods are available?

We ship via USPS and UPS. USPS includes options for Express Mail (next day) and Priority Mail (2-3 days). UPS includes options for Ground shipping, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Please note that these delivery estimates to not include the order processing time (1-2 days).

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for clothing orders over $100 in the U.S. Those orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Clothing orders under $100 will generally cost around $6-$8 for shipping when using USPS Priority Mail. Decor and gift items may be shipped via UPS or USPS. The shipping amount will depend on the weight and destination of the order. You can get a shipping estimate by placing the item in your cart and entering your postal code.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is free for clothing orders over $100 in the U.S. Those orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We also offer free shipping on exchanges. If you enjoyed free shipping, but ended up needing to return all items, the free shipping charges (including any exchanges) will be deducted from your refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. After entering your address, you will be given the available shipping options. Please note that Nantucket Brand is not responsible for any importing or duty charges.

Do you have any retail stores?

There are three retail stores on Nantucket. These are run separately from the website. The stores may have occasionally have different prices, sales, and products. All inquiries regarding purchases made at a store should be made directly to the store. They may be contacted with the information below or see our retail stores page.

What is your return policy?

Returns may be made within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Clearance and sale items are only eligible for exchanges or store credit to NantucketBrand.com. All returns and exchanges require an Return Authorization number. Please use our Easy Returns page to obtain an RMA. Returns without an RMA number will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

If you enjoyed free shipping, but ended up needing to return all items, the original shipping charges (inlcuding any exchanges) will be deducted from your refund.

Any refused or undeliverable orders will be charged the full shipping amount to your address as well as the shipping back to Nantucket Brand. A 15% restocking fee will also apply.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Please use our Easy Returns page to obtain an RMA. Returns without an RA number will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. What is your logo?

Our logo features a whale over a compass. Nantucket was once the "whaling capital of the world." Our logo is an homage to the nautical whaling history of Nantucket.

How do I apply for a summer job?

How do I apply for a job with NantucketBrand.com?

Althought we don't currently have any open positions, we are always looking for talented people in a variety of areas. If you're interested, please email us with a resume and statement at info@nantucketbrand.com.

Where are you located?

We are located in Nantucket, MA. Our items ship from either Nantucket, MA or from our warehouse in New Bedford, MA.

What size should I order?

Most pages include size chart tab. If there is no size chart, we recommend ordering the size you typically order from other companies. We offer free exchanges so you can get the size you need.
