We don't want you to worry about picking the right size. If you find that you need a smaller or larger size, we'll cover the shipping both ways. Just send us an email at returns@nantucketbrand.com and we'll get you a label.

Please note that free shipping on exchanges does not apply to decor and gift items.

Return Policy

We offer full refunds (not including shipping) for items returned within 14 days. All returns and exchanges require an Return Authorization number. Please email us at returns@nantucketbrand.com to obtain an RA number. Returns without an RA number will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please note that our retail stores have their own return & exchange policies. Contact the store directly to make a return or exchange on an item purchased there.
