Each door knocker is hand designed and cast from yellow or red brass. They are then hand finished, assembled, and lacquered. This <b>Nantucket Lightship Basket door knocker</b> is finished in an antique brass. Nantucket lightship baskets were often woven by Nantucketers while stationed on various Lightships located around the island during the 19th century. All hardware is included.
